Ruth Hall

Senior Associate

Ruth joined Maritana Partners in 2024 as a Senior Associate.  She started her career as a researcher before transitioning into Executive Search. Since then Ruth has gained extensive experience in Executive Search.  She has worked in research and consulting roles at leading boutique and global search firms.

Most recently, she spent six years with Transurban, leading end to end external search assignments delivering senior level appointments.

Ruth has a Bachelor of Business in Library and Information Management from RMIT, a Graduate Diploma in Sociology and Research Techniques from La Trobe University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Swinburne University.
