Lynne Nixon

Lynne is a Partner of Maritana, based in Sydney.  Lynne has been a Senior Client Partner in Australia and the UK for a global executive search firm where she worked for 20 years as a member of the Firm’s Global Board and CEO Services Practice. She led the Consumer and Health Services Practices for ANZ for 8 years, as well as the People & Culture Practice for over 15 years across ANZ and EMEA.

Lynne has worked as an advisor partnering with global, regional and local organisations leading Board and Executive Search, Board Succession, CEO and Executive Team Effectiveness, Succession, Evaluation and Development, and Global Intelligence projects internationally.

Previously Lynne was a Senior Client Partner in the Industrial Practice in the UK, leading the Construction, Infrastructure and Support Services Practice before moving to Sydney and spending five years creating a Digital Practice working across the converging digital markets of technology, communications, media and entertainment. Her earlier career includes P&L management for a FTSE listed leading international services PLC. 

Lynne is both an Australian and British citizen. She has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports Science & Recreational Management, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from Loughborough University. She is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
