Callan joined Maritana in 2025 and is the Executive Assistant to Katie Sumpton and supporting internal projects. Callan has over eight years experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, supporting senior leaders across sectors including finance, investment, and corporate advisory.

Callan holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management, Tourism from James Cook University, and qualifications in Business Communications & Organisational Behaviour from Griffith University.
