Kok Kong Chan
Kok Kong is a co-founder and Partner of Maritana, based in Sydney. He works extensively with Chairs, Boards and CEOs advising on governance, people and talent issues.
Kok Kong started his executive search career over 20 years ago with a global search firm, where he became Senior Partner leading the Services and CFO practices. He was also a member of the Board and CEO Succession practice. During the course of his career Kok Kong has led numerous leadership assessment and development engagements. Prior, Kok Kong worked in corporate finance and was the CEO of a healthcare start up organisation in Asia.
Kok Kong is Chairman of HammondCare, a not-for-profit organisation that is a leader in research and care for the aged.
He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in Management from the London Business School, where he was a Chevening Scholar. He is a member of CPA Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
