Grant Dow

Grant is a Partner of Maritana, based in Melbourne. In 2008 he joined a global search firm, conducting search and leadership assessment work for senior Executives and Directors at the most senior level of Australasian and Asian businesses.

Grant began his career with the General Electric Company plc, before spending 12 years in telecommunications, building carrier and utility microwave networks in established and emerging markets around the world. He has resided and worked in the US, the UK and New Zealand and led a number of start-up and early stage businesses as CEO, including for a business that he took through an IPO on the London Securities Exchange.

Grant has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons.) and a Graduate Diploma of Engineering (Risk) from Swinburne University. He has an MBA from the University of Sydney.
